Every house has  it’s own garden, equipped kitchen, dining, living room with fireplace, 2 or 3 bedrooms with bathroom, big balcony with barbecue .

For the convenience of town guests the village has parking lot, internet, cable TV, reception, security guards  and alarm system.

The village is situated near a pine forest eco-trails suitable for hiking during the summer season. Very near is located a 4 star hotel with spa - center, indoor pool and a tavern, at preferential charges. Under the request of the guests a food and beverages could be delivered from a few nearby restorants.

There is an option to provide transportation to the ski lifts and back. For the sports fans are available new mini soccer pitch and a hall for volleyball, basketball and handball.
